The Byrne Fitness 30 Day Fitness Challenge is designed for busy women who want structure, motivation, and results without the pressure of set class times. This self-guided program gives you everything you need to stay consistent and see progress in just 30 days.

By the end of the 30 days, you’ll feel stronger, fitter, and proud of what you’ve achieved – and you’ll have built habits you can carry forward well beyond the challenge.
When can I start and how much does all of this cost?
You can start this ANYTIME from as little as $40 (see below).
The challenge is a 30 day challenge but you have access for up to 3 months (depending on when you join!)
As soon as you sign up you will receive an email with payment details to confirm.
Once payment is received you will be sent a printable PDF workout book PLUS a YouTube link to your 30 workouts (current link expires 31/12/25) AND a link to a private Facebook group (should you go for that option)

Everyone who completes the 30 Day DIY Fitness Challenge and sends through their finished workout calendar and worksheets will go in the draw to win a PRIZE PACK (worth up to $100).

I’ve designed two flexible options so you can take part in the 30-Day Fitness Challenge in the way that best suits your lifestyle and goals.
🔹 Option 1: DIY Challenge – $40
This is a completely private, do-it-yourself version of the challenge. You’ll receive the full 30-day program, including the workout calendar and resources, to complete entirely on your own.
No outside support or interaction
Work through the challenge at your own pace
Perfect if you prefer to stay independent and motivated on your own
Workout Link will expire at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December)
🔹 Option 2: Group Challenge – $60
Want extra motivation, accountability, and community feel? Join the group version of the challenge inside a private Facebook group, (currently running October - December). Members can join at any stage during this 3-month period.
