Protein Pancakes
You don't have to miss out on Pancake Sunday! Check out these delicious single serve protein pancakes - gluten free, dairy free, full of protein AND delicious!
20g gluten free self raising flour
25g protein powder of choice
40ml egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
25ml almond milk
Whip all together (& add water until you reach the right consistency)
Once cooked, top with your favourite toppings! Microwaved frozen fruit & maple syrup are my favourites (maple syrup is surprisingly low calorie if you measure!)
