Healthy McChicken Burger
If everybody else is eating McD's but you are wanting to avoid the fast food (or like me, physically are unable to eat it!) then give these chicken burgers a try. You can bulk make them too and have them every day!
500g chicken mince mixed with...
1Tbsp mustard
1tsp paprika
1tsp cayenne
2tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
salt & pepper
1 cup corn flakes (I use GF) blended with an additional 1tsp onion powder & 1tsp paprika)
After mixing the mince and spices, form into 5x patties and then coat in the corn flakes mix. Bake at 180 or Air Fry until cooked
Place onto bun of preference (photo is of AllergyWise White Buns) and top with lettuce and 1Tbsp light mayo.
