In-Person Personal Training (30 mins)

  • 1-on-1 Training
    • Local (within 5 mins of Bishopdale) - $30
    • Non-local - $40

  • 2-on-1 Training with a Friend (share the cost!)
    • Local - $40 total (just $20 each!)
    • Non-local - $50 total (just $25 each!)

Each session is tailored to your fitness level and goals — whether that’s weight loss, strength, endurance, or overall fitness.

Online Personal Training (Virtual Sessions)

Can’t make it in person? No problem! Train with me from anywhere in New Zealand via a live, 30-minute online session.

  • $25 per session

Personalised Gym Programs (Train on Your Own)

Prefer working out independently but still want structure and results? Get a customised program designed just for you, based on your fitness level, goals, and available equipment:

  • 4-week program$25

  • 6-week program$50
