"I can not recommend the Byrne 8 week challenge enough. I have struggled to shake the extra kgs I have gained post children but the motivation and encouragement from Anna and the groups of ladies that are all in the same position is so incredible. I have done multiple challenges and each time am able to lose a few more kgs.
