💡 A Flexible, Supportive Challenge – Your Journey, Your Way
This isn’t a strict, structured program where we tell you exactly what to eat or how to exercise. You’re in control of your own journey. Whether you follow a specific plan, make small lifestyle changes, or simply want accountability, the choice is yours.
What makes this challenge special is the community support – we’re all here to keep each other motivated, inspired, and on track every step of the way.
🌐 100% Online – For Women Anywhere in NZ
Our challenges are completely online, making them perfect for any woman in New Zealand – no matter where you live. All you need is an internet connection and a set of scales to get started!
📩 Before the Challenge Starts
One week before the challenge begins (once full payment has been received), you’ll receive an email with an invitation to join our private Facebook group – exclusively for paid participants. This is where you’ll find daily support, motivation, and all the updates you need throughout the challenge.
⚖️Weekly Weigh Ins
On the first day of the challenge (and every Monday after) you’ll need to:
Take a clear photo of your weight on the scales
Ensure the date and time are visible
Post your photo in the group before 12pm
💡 Tip: Check your scales beforehand to make sure they’re working properly and have fresh batteries.
🏆 Prizes & Rewards
As a little added motivation, at the end of the challenge prizes are awarded to celebrate your hard work and progress:
🎁 Prize pack (to the value of $100) for the participant with the highest body weight percentage lost
✨ Free entry into future challenges for a few selected participants based on effort, consistency, and participation

2. Elevate - $80
Want more personalised support? This package is ideal if you’d like extra accountability and a little more help staying on track.
Includes everything in Kickstart, PLUS:
Weekly 1:1 check-ins with Anna via Messenger or email
Personalised diet guidance based on Anna’s experience (not a structured meal plan)
Priority support whenever you need a boost
3. Transform - $150
(Christchurch locals only)
The ultimate package for anyone who wants to combine the online challenge with in-person fitness classes for maximum results!
Includes everything in Kickstart, PLUS:
Unlimited Byrne Fitness group classes during the entire 8-week challenge (normally $10 per class)
